Individual Therapy
A space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns with care and honesty — so you can move forward feeling more grounded, empowered, and understood.
You might benefit from individual therapy if:
You feel stuck in unhelpful patterns and want to make lasting change
You’re experiencing anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm
You’re navigating a major life transition (career, relationships, loss)
You want to better understand yourself and your behaviors
You feel disconnected from your values or purpose
You’re looking for support with stress, self-esteem, or confidence
You’re ready to explore how past experiences are shaping your present
You want a space to feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgment
How I work
I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy, each with its own benefits:
In-person sessions provide face-to-face connection in a dedicated, calm space
Telehealth sessions offer flexibility, comfort, and save you the stress of commuting
At the heart of my work is connection. I believe meaningful change starts when you feel safe, seen, and genuinely understood. That relationship becomes the foundation for healing.
I tailor my approach to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities like:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Psychodynamic Therapy
Relational and mindfulness-based practices
Together, we’ll create a path that supports your growth, clarity, and resilience.

FAQs
-
It's completely normal at times to feel overwhelmed. We’ll take our time, and I’ll be right there with you as we gently sort through all that's happening with you right now.
-
That’s okay. Many people come to therapy unsure. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on and where to start.
-
You’ll start to feel more self-aware, better able to handle challenges, and clearer about your goals. Progress is often subtle at first, but over time you’ll likely feel more empowered and less stuck. We’ll also check in regularly to reflect on what’s working and adjust as needed.
-
That’s actually a positive sign - therapy often evolves as you grow. We can explore what’s coming up now -whether it’s maintaining progress, working toward new goals, or simply reflecting. You don’t need a crisis to benefit from therapy.
