Couples Therapy

A space to reconnect, rebuild trust, and strengthen your bond - through open, honest conversations held with care.

A woman appears upset and worried, standing with her hand on her forehead, while a man sits at a table in the background, looking down with his hand on his head, suggesting a tense or sad situation.

Couples therapy might be right for you if:

  • You feel emotionally disconnected and want to rebuild intimacy

  • You’re stuck in recurring arguments or power struggles

  • You want to improve communication and better understand each other

  • You’re recovering from a breach of trust or infidelity

  • You feel more like roommates than romantic partners

  • Life transitions (new baby, move, career change) have created tension

  • You’re preparing for marriage and want to build a strong foundation

  • Parenting differences are creating conflict

  • You want to break old patterns and reconnect with shared values

How I work

I believe that meaningful change begins when both partners feel truly seen and understood. In our work together, I offer a space for honest dialogue - without blame or defensiveness - so you can begin to really listen to and understand one another.

I draw on Imago Therapy techniques to help you:

  • Improve communication

  • Rebuild trust

  • Understand the dynamics keeping you stuck

  • Strengthen emotional connection

The goal is to help you build the kind of relationship you both want—based on empathy, respect, and genuine understanding.
